AID Bay Area supports projects that work on improving basic education skills and provide holistic environmental education benefiting rural communities.

A community based after-school program designed to improve the quality of education in rural Tamil Nadu  
Impact: Program reaches out to 750 marginalized children and helped improved Reading and Arithmetic skills by ~ 70%

Environmental Education for Rural Children, West Bengal​

Teaching students at primary and secondary levels to learn and master skill sets with a focus on environmental studies affecting their communities.
Impact: Students become expert in organic kitchen gardens and pest management techniques, in turn spread awareness in their communities.
